Emergent Technologies Resources Pty Ltd (ETR) is an Australian owned company committed to decarbonisation through striking a balance between the application of existing solar energy technology and the development of cutting edge renewable technology to drive the generation and transport of electricity in the future.
ETR maintains a diverse business model underpinned by two core pillars:
- Securing strategic land and the associated development approvals for large scale solar-electric projects, providing the flexibility to then either on-sell the asset, or develop it as a generator of solar power selling electricity directly into the National Energy Market (NEM), utilising a hybrid sales model including Power Purchase Agreements and the Merchant Model.
- Investing in the development of new technology to drive the evolution of renewable energy, creating jobs for the workforce of tomorrow, securing Australia’s energy supply, and delivering on our commitment to decarbonisation.
Our current projects include:
Victoria - 500MW Solar Farm being deployed across three stages through an incorporated joint venture partnership with a European renewable energy developer.
New South Wales - 350MW Solar Farm currently under development approval phase with asset sales negotiations being finalised with a industry leading multinational.
H2/NH3 Economy - Currently engaged with a leading Australian University in the pursuit of developing technology to convert 'green hydrogen' (powered by renewable energy) to ammonia for use as a hydrogen carrier, as well as in water purification, as feed stock for agricultural products etc.
